Here are a few facts about our set up and the type of events we are capable of participating in:
1. Our booth set up needs a minimum of a 10’ x 10’ space. It’s best to have some space between us and other vendors. Our kettle puts out a lot of heat and that delicious kettle corn smell. The trailer set up needs a 24' x 10' space with a "passenger" side serving access.
2. We need electricity; either 110V/15 amp or we can supply our own generator.
3. We want to be away from the food court if possible. We need to be where people are walking around so ”The Kernel” can give free samples. We are a specialty snack not food.
4. We begin to book our events a year in advance. Please call us as soon as you know the date of your event so we can get you on the schedule.
5. We make all of our product onsite.
6. It takes us 45 minutes total to unload and set up and the same amount of time to break down and load out. The trailer takes about 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to tear down.
